Information We Collect
We collect both "Personal Information" and "Non-Personal Information."
Personal Information:This includes information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, and payment information (when you subscribe to a paid plan). We collect this when you register for an account, use our services, or contact us for support.
Google Account Information:If you choose to sign up or log in using your Google account, we collect your email address, profile picture URL, and full name as provided by Google. This information is used solely for the purpose of creating and managing your FaceBlur account and personalizing your user experience. We do not access, store, or process any other data from your Google account. Your Google account data is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Non-Personal Information:This includes data that cannot be used to identify you, such as anonymous usage data, broad demographic information, and technical data (like browser type and operating system). We collect this to improve our service and understand user trends.
Uploaded Media (Images/Videos):When you upload images or videos for face blurring, these files are temporarily processed on our servers. We use advanced AI algorithms to detect and blur faces. Once the blurring process is complete and the modified media is available for download, the original and processed media files are stored for a limited period (e.g., 7 days) to allow for downloads and re-processing. After this period, they are permanently deleted from our servers. We do not use your uploaded media for any other purpose, such as training our AI models, without your explicit consent.
